Paitent Complaints

The practice operates a complaints procedure in accordance with NHS guidelines. Please ask for a copy of the surgery’s complaints leaflet. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the practice investigation, please either contact the practice manager or NHS England on 0300 3112233 they will be able to advise you further.

Care Quality Commission

From 1st April 2013, the practice is registered by the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
