As from the 1st September 2021, the practice will no longer be taking repeat medication requests over the telephone.
This is to ensure that our process for repeat ordering is robust, safe and reliable. You can continue to request your repeat medications via the following methods:
1. Online – NHS App or Patient Access

 2. Tick the items required on your repeat slip and post in the repeat prescription box located by our front door or post to the practice

3. If you use our home delivery service, hand your completed slip to our courier.


We deliver on the following mornings between 9:30am and noon to the following villages:

Tuesday – Barby and Kilsby

Wednesday – Yelvertoft, Welford, Lilbourne, Watford, Stanford, West Haddon and Crick

Thursday- Kilsby, Barby, Braunston, Norton and Ashby St Ledgers

Friday – West Haddon, Cold Ashby, Welton, Winwick, Long Buckby, East Haddon, Ravensthorpe and Crick

We cannot leave medication at your home if no one is there to receive it and we ask that you allow a minimum of 4 working days from requesting your medication to receiving your order.
